What is a TTRPG

The first thing that probably comes to mind when you hear tabletop roleplaying game (TTRPG or sometimes TRPG) is likely Dungeons & Dragons. But, that is only the tip of the iceberg when you start discovering new games and ways to play.

At its core a Tabletop Roleplaying Game is an experience, and very often a game, where you (usually) embody a character, using mechanics of the game to facilitate actions, outcomes and events. There necessarily isn't an end to tabletop roleplaying games, as the scenarios and characters can continue to grow and evolve.

What is a Zine

At it's core, a zines are an embodiment of the individuality and passion that exists in the tabletop games industry. 

Limited by the form-factor that is a zine, a staplebound book of up to 100 pages, creators must capitalize on their skills to deliver a unique experience.

About Us

This site specifically created by Andreas Walters (a tabletop designer and publisher at Metal Weave Games). The goal of this project was to create a centralized hub for zine projects. This site has no affiliation with Kickstarter nor does it have any affiliation with the zinequest event that Kickstarter runs (as we are looking to encompass all ttrpg zines, not just ones created on the event.)
